Ambassador PHUNG The Long is a career diplomat who has been with the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs for more than three decades.
Prior to Switzerland, Mr PHUNG was Vietnam’s Consul General to Perth, Australia, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the State of Qatar. SVBG
